My recent trip to Elai was amazing—those who know me know I’m usually on my laptop, but the Big Five walked past my window, and I ended up with a leopard all to myself at the waterhole, just playing in the water and grooming like the cat it is.

Another trip combines more of my favorite places—the Chobe Princess, a floating safari on the Chobe River, and Hwange National Park with Imvelo Safaris. As regular readers know, their community work is amazing: they support local schools, clinics, water pumps, and are responsible for the reintroduction and protection of white rhino.
