What to Expect
Perched on a high plateau overlooking Zambezi National Park, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is designed as an expansive, open-plan treehouse, set across split levels. Its vibrant fabrics and rustic finishes create a warm, distinctive atmosphere with undeniable character.
The main lodge offers a range of facilities, including a tours and activities desk, souvenir shop, TV lounge, and an internet lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests can also enjoy private shower facilities for early arrivals or late departures, a swimming pool, the Makuwa-Kuwa Restaurant, Buffalo Bar, and the renowned Boma Restaurant, where a lively dinner and drum show take place. A recent addition is the modern fitness room on the pool deck, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and glass-fronted views over the waterhole—often visited by elephants, buffalo, kudu, and occasionally lions.
The lodge features 72 well-appointed rooms, each with extra-length beds draped in mosquito nets, digital safes, air conditioning, ceiling fans, minibars, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Guests are also provided with customised toiletries, including insect repellent and sunscreen, ensuring both comfort and convenience throughout their stay.

The 24 Lodge Standard Rooms feature double or twin beds, soft earthy tones, and each has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. Westward-facing balconies overlook the Zambezi National Park, offering unforgettable sunset views over the African bush.
The 42 Waterhole Facing Rooms provide the same amenities as the Lodge Standard Rooms, with the additional benefit of direct views over the lodge’s on-site waterhole, allowing guests the opportunity to observe wildlife from the privacy of their balconies.
The six duplex Lodge Waterhole Facing Suites include a downstairs lounge opening out onto a private balcony. An open staircase leads up to the bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a luxury bath and separate shower.
